This book could have been shorter and so I guess that is for the whole series I slowed my reading in the middle and picked it up later. But the writing is a bit drawn out, some parts seem childish and don’t need to be there. I have 2 more books I’m lined up to read should I put them out of my mind and order Stone of Tears? Or should I take a break because this series is best spread out?Īlso to add, I liked the story of this book. Ofcourse the book is now grabbing me by the throat (like Denna would do) and has my attention. So I look it up and there are 11 more books to this series! Now, I am a dedicated reader but I have never read through something this long. I read a lot so I am close to finishing (about 100 pages away) and could tell that there must be more than one book, especially the way the way he writes this book.

I found book 1, Wizards First Rule, posted on my friends FB page saying such good things (also it’s fantasy which is mostly what I read) so I bought the book w out much inquire. I have a favor to ask of those who read this series.
